INCIDENT TYPE:  Aggravated Assault

LOCATION:  600 block St. Paul Street (Homewood-Peabody-JHMI shuttle stop)

DATE:  05/19/2019

TIME:  12:15 PM

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, a suspect threw a rock, striking a School of Medicine student in the back of the head.  The student was injured but did not require medical attention.  The suspect then proceeded north on St. Paul and west on Mount Vernon Place.

SUSPECT:  medium-built white male, with medium length brown hair, unshaven face, attire appearing disheveled, wearing a short sleeve red shirt, khaki colored pants, carrying a cross chest satchel across his back.  

CRIME TIPS: If you are a crime victim, try to remember as many details about the suspect as possible.  Try to walk in groups rather than alone.  Stay in well-lit areas.  If you are a crime victim, report the incident immediately.
